Ingredients

330 grams of round rice
12 grams of dehydrated seaweed
Salt to taste
510 grams of clean razors
52 grams of grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon of coarse salt
30 grams of butter chopped
305 grams of water
605 grams of fish broth
42 grams of olive oil
55 grams of onion
102 grams of white wine

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the seaweed in a container with water and set it aside.
Pour the water into the glass and put the Varoma in the robot, inside which you will have placed the knives. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and reserve the blades.
Strain the contents of the glass and reserve it as well.
Dry the glass and then add the olive oil and onion. Program a
speed 5/2 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 3 minutes.
Add the rice and put the robot to work
speed 1 / 120º / 3 minutes.
The next step will be to add the white wine, without having the goblet. Program a
speed 1 / reverse rotation / Varoma temperature / 1 minute.
Next, add the drained seaweed, the salt, the fish broth and about 205 grams of the liquid you had reserved. Put the robot to work
speed 1 / reverse turn / 100º / 14 minutes.
Lastly, add the Parmesan and butter to the glass. Move it all over and then serve it with the razors, removed from their shell.
