- 4 piquillo peppers
- 100 ml of cider
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 bay leaf
- Extra virgin olive oil

- Parsley
Instructions
- The first thing we will smoke the onions, we remove the first layer or the first two depending on how fine they are
- In the lower part we will remove a light layer, to be able to settle the onion well
- And with a cupper if we have one or a small spoon, we hollow out the onion with great care not to break the outer layer as the filling would come out.
- We put the onions in the varoma container and reserve
- For the tuna filling, we will put in our thermomix glass what we have left over from the onion when we hollow them out, the tomato, the peppers and the garlic and we cut them up 4 seconds / speed 8
- Add oil, place the Varoma with the onions in their position and program 20 min / Varoma / left turn / vel spoon We take out the contents and put them in a bowl and mix with the crumbled bonito and reserve
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC, put the onions in a casserole and fill with the mixture generously
- We put a glass of wine in our thermomix glass and the fish fumet ( I use aneto ) and we program 2 minutes / 100ºC / left turn / speed 1
- And we put the content to the casserole we put the casserole in the oven for 15 minutes
and our stuffed bonito onions will be ready
