Ingredients
- To make four portions you need the following ingredients:
- 200 grams of peeled shrimp.
- 1 egg white.
- 50 grams of cornstarch.
- 800 grams of water.
- Salt to taste.
- Olive oil for frying.
Instructions
- When you have managed to buy all these products, it is time to follow the instructions:
- Pour the shrimp, egg white, salt and cornstarch into the glass of the food processor. Set this at speed 4 for about 5 seconds.
- You will then have to use the resulting dough to make balls with it.
- Wrap each ball in cling film, making sure it is knotted at the top.
- Pour the water into the glass and program at spoon speed and temperature for 7 minutes.
- Place the basket, in which you will have to put these balls. Program again at speed 4 and temperature for 7 minutes.
