Seafood salpicón with the thermomix
Ingredients
- 200 grams of cooked and peeled prawns
- 300 grams of monkfish or the white fish you like best
- 150 grams of cooked octopus leg if we go to the quick and cheap recipe
- 450 grams of crab sticks
- for both recipes:
- 175 grams of red pepper
- 175 grams of green pepper
- 100 grams of yellow pepper (mainly to decorate the dish more, we can do without

- 200 grams of onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- For the vinaigrette:
- 80 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 40gr of vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- We put the prawns, monkfish in our thermomix glass (we will slice the octopus
- with the knife in a bowl)
- If we make the expensive recipe we will put the crab sticks
- If we do the economic and we cut programming 6 seconds / speed 3
- Take out and reserve in a bowl
- We put in our thermomix glass again without cleaning the rest of the
- ingredients, peppers, onion and hard-boiled eggs and we program 7 seconds /
- speed 4
- Take out and mix in the seafood bowl (or the crab)
- To prepare the vinaigrette with which we will serve it, we put the ingredients
- in the glass and program 25 seconds / speed 5
- Our salpicón is ready.
