Ingredients
1 sea bream (approx. 2 kg.) split in half and without bones
2 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
80 grams of olive oil
8-10 garlic cloves, sliced
2 cayenne peppers
30 grams of vinegar
1 bunch of parsley leaves
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Immediately, wash and open the sea bream in half, remove the bones, leaving only the meat.
In a suitable ovenproof dish, line or cover it with aluminum foil, place the sea bream, around it place the thin slices of potatoes and sprinkle a little salt.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C, the cooking time will depend on the size of the fish.
While the sea bream is baking, place a little oil in the Thermomix bowl to heat, program.
7 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
Then, add the sliced garlic together with the cayenne peppers, program.

At the end of the cooking time for the garlic sauce, pour the vinegar through the opening of the mouth of the Thermomix bowl, program.
