Salmon Tartar with Thermomix
Ingredients
- 650 grams of salmon clean of skin and bones
- 120 grams of spring onion
- 20 grams of capers
- 80 grams of pickled gherkins
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 30 grams of mustard
- 40 grams of olive oil
- salt
- 3 avocado
Instructions
- Note: any fish should first be frozen for a minimum of 12 hours and then thawed
- When the salmon starts to thaw, cut it into cubes, put the salmon in our glass and program 6 seconds / speed 5 / left turn, remove and reserve
- We put in our thermomix glass the spring onion, the gherkins, the capers, the mustard, the vinegar and the oil and we program 5 seconds / speed 5
- We mixed the content of our thermomix with the salmon we had reserved, checked it for salt and corrected it if necessary
- We leave it in the fridge for a few hours 3 or 4 and ready to eat
- Dish up in a circular mold with the avocados very chopped on top and a splash of virgin olive oil
