410 grams of salmon.
2 or 3 medium garlic.
1 large onion
610 grams of boiled potatoes.
410 grams of water.
100 grams of bell pepper.
55 grams of olive oil.
100 grams of crushed tomato.
2 tablespoons of sweet paprika.
Salt and parsley to taste.
1 chilli pepper
Preparation of Salmon Marmitako with Thermomix
When you have already gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Peel the garlic and put it in the robot glass together with the onion, the pepper and the oil. program to
speed 4 / 4 seconds.
Then reprogram
speed 1 / 120º / 10 minutes.
The next step will be to add the paprika and start the robot at
speed 3 / 10 seconds.
