Marmitako tuna ingredients with thermomix
Stir-fried ingredients
- 50 grams of olive oil
- 100 grams of shallot
- 100 grams of green pepper

- 800 grams of mashed potatoes*
- 70 grams of carrot cut into thin slices
- 500 grams of fish stock (I recommend Aneto)
- Salt
- 300 grams of bonito from the north, diced
- Chopped parsley
Preparation of tuna marmitako with thermomix
- Cascade potatoes: to make the cascade potato, we insert the knife a little and without cutting it whole, we pull forcefully so that it cuts the potato by force and not by the knife
- We start by placing the ingredients of the sauce in our Thermomix bowl, the olive oil, the shallot, the crushed tomato, the garlic, the green pepper and chop everything:

- Then we are going to fry everything for what we are going to program
- 8 minutes / Varoma temperature / speed 4
- at this point we incorporate the 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika and program
