2 round puff pastry sheets
Sliced almonds
1 beaten egg
For the filling:
65 grams of sugar
300 grams of very cold cream

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
To have the base of the roscón, spread one of the puff pastry sheets on the kitchen table and make a hole in the center with the help of a glass or a mold. Then, put it in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for 15 minutes at 180º.
