150 grams of green asparagus stalks

Preparation of Risotto of clams and asparagus with thermomix
To begin the preparation of this delicious Risotto with clams and asparagus with thermomix, you must clean the clams or clams, to do this simply submerge them in cold water for 20 minutes so that they discard any residual sand.
Then, place a sheet of wet and drained baking paper in the varoma container and pour in the clams or clams already rinsed.
