Ingredients of Cheese preserved in oil with thermomix
250 grams of goat cheese
2 pieces of orange peel (remove the white part)
15 grams of ground coriander
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
1/2 teaspoon pink pepper
300 grams of virgin olive oil
1 rosemary leaf (optional)
Preparation of cheese in oil with thermomix
We put in a sterilized jar 250 grams of diced goat cheese
we put in our Thermomix bowl, the orange peel, the ground coriander, the chilli, the garlic and the pepper and we crush everything

we then put 300 grams of virgin olive oil and mix everything

volcanoes all inside our sterilized jar with the goat cheese
in such a way that the oil covers the goat cheese
place a leaf of rosemary or thyme inside (optional)
Close the bottle and leave it in a cool and dry place.
