Ingredients of Citrus oil with Thermomix
- 300 ml of virgin olive oil
- half orange skin
- The skin of half a lemon
- the skin of half lime
Preparation of citrus oil with Thermomix
- The first thing we are going to do is wash the orange, lemon and lime citrus fruits well and we are going to appeal them in such a way that we only have the skins left without the white part underneath because this would give us a lot of acidity and a bad taste.
- once the skins are peeled we are going to put them in our Thermomix glass and we are going to crush them
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- with the spatula we are going to lower the remains stuck to the sides of our Thermomix towards the area of the blades
- add the virgin olive oil and heat
- 3 minutes / 50ºC / speed 1
- then we have to store it in a glass jar and let it macerate for a week 10 days
