4 potatoes
4 monkfish tails
1 onion
1 shallot
3 garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 glass of white wine
a red bell pepper
fish soup
1 teaspoon paprika
chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of Potatoes with Monkfish with Thermomix
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, cutting at the beginning and pulling the potato until it “cracks”
Put the onion, the shallot and 2 garlic cloves, the carrot and the red pepper into pieces in our Thermomix bowl and chop them all
5 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
add the olive oil and fry
4 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
