The first thing will be to gather in the kitchen the following basic products to carry out this recipe:
250 grams of slices of pineapple.
250 grams of sugar.
100 grams of sunflower oil.
250 grams of flourpastry.
two eggs.
1 sachet of yeast.
1 natural yogurt.
A little bit of salt.

Preparation of pineapple cake in the Thermomix

When you have bought all those ingredients and have them ready in your kitchen, put on your apron and go ahead and prepare this recipe following these instructions:
To the robot’s glass add the pineapple as well as its juice, sugar and eggs. Schedule it to speed 4 and temperature 50º for 30 seconds.
Then add the oil and yogurt as well. Program the Thermomix at speed 4 for about 10 seconds.
The next step will be to add the salt, yeast and flour to program the device at the same speed as in the previous steps, but only for six seconds.
The resulting mixture will then be poured into a baking tin and it will be introduced in it, previously preheated to 180º.
It should remain at this same temperature for approximately 35 minutes.
