- 500 grams of milk
- 2 eggs
- 75 grams of sugar
- 75 grams of cocoa powder
- 30 grams of corn flour (Maizena)
- 30 grams of butter at room temperature
Preparation of Chocolate Cream with Thermomix
- To start making our chocolate cream we will put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 30 seconds / speed 5
- We put the butterfly on the blades and program
- 12 minutes / 90ºC / speed 2
- until there is a thick cream left, if we see that it is still very liquid we can program a few more minutes at the same temperature and speed
- We put the chocolate cream in bowls and cover them with plastic wrap and keep them in the refrigerator until the moment of eating them
