Pesto sauce with thermomix
Pesto is a typical Italian sauce used with legs and is very aromatic. This recipe has garlic, basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese and virgin oil.
NOTE: This is a sauce that can be kept for a long time in our fridge in a well closed jar.

Ingredients
- 25 g parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g sprockets
- 100 g basil leaves
- salt, to taste
- 250 g extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- We make the cheese in pieces in our thermox glass and we grate it 5 times with the Turbo Button
- Then programming 15 seconds in speed 8
- Once the cheese has been grated, add the garlic, pine nuts, basil and salt to the glass.
- Open the glass and with the spatula lower the remains stuck to the walls of our glass and repeat the operation 15 seconds at the same speed 8.
- We see if everything is well crushed and we put speed 5 and we are adding by the mouth of the thermomix the virgin olive oil, little by little, just as if we were making mayonnaise.
- We can modify the thickness of the sauce, adding water if we like it more liquid and mixing it.
- Rectify the point of salt if necessary and our pesto sauce is ready
