  • 700 grams of vegetable broth.

  1. When you have all those products in the kitchen, get ready to make this tasty dish by following these instructions:
  2. First, peel the onion and cut it into pieces.
  3. Then, grate the cheese.
  4. Then, pour the onion, the oil and half the mushrooms into the glass of the robot. Program it at speed 1 and temperature 100º for about 8 minutes.
  5. Then add the rice and program at spoon speed, turn left and heat 100º for 3 minutes.
  6. The next step will be to add the wine and remove the beaker to proceed to put the Thermomix in the same values as in the previous step, except that the time will be 5 minutes.
  7. Add the broth, previously heated, and the salt to program the robot in the mentioned values except for the time that will be 12 minutes.
  8. When there are 3 or 4 minutes left to finish the time, pour the rest of the mushrooms through the jar.
