Roquefort sauce recipe with the Thermomix

In order to be able to carry out the recipe we are dealing with, you must have the following foods in the kitchen, in addition to the aforementioned robot, which will allow you to obtain approximately six portions:
Between 200 and 300 grams of Roquefort cheese.
400 grams of cream or milk, whichever you wish.
Once you have all the necessary ingredients at home, choose to put on your apron and follow the steps below:
Crack the eggs and pour them into a bowl.
Then, put the eggs and the other ingredients in the Thermomix glass.
The pepper is to taste, so you can add and rectify it as and when you wish.
Then proceed to program the robot.
Specifically, you will have to put it at speed 4 and 90º for about six minutes. In this way, you will be able to prepare the Roquefort sauce easily.
