Preparation of Pear Flan with Thermomix
Put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Pour the open pod and milk into the robot’s glass. program to
speed 1 / 90º / 12 minutes.
Wait for the temperature to drop to approximately 50º, and then remove the vanilla. Next, add the eggs and sugar. program to
speed 3 / 10 seconds.
Pour caramel into a flan mold and pour the contents of the glass into it. Then put the pears cut in half and drained.
Cover the mold and put it in the Varoma. On top of this, which you will place in the Thermomix. you should put several kitchen papers.
Pour the water into the glass and program

Take out the mold and, when it warms up, put it in the fridge for at least five hours before eating it.
