Ingredients of toffee custard with thermomix
- 4 Eggs.
- 500 grams of evaporated milk.
- 130 grams of brown sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- 100 grams of milk
Preparation of toffee custard with thermomix
- we put in our glass of thermomix the evaporated milk and the eggs and we program
- 20 seconds / speed 4
- we place the butterfly in our blades and we put the brown sugar, the vanilla sugar, the milk and the cornstarch and we program
- 8 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4
- Once finished we put the content in cups or bowls and let cool in the fridge for a few hours and our toffee custard will be ready
