Ingredients

  • 1kg of pears
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 150 grams of brown sugar
  • the juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Peel the pears and cut them into pieces and put them in our Thermomix bowl together with the water, the lemon juice, the water and the sugar and program
  2. 15 minutes / 100ºC / speed 4
  3. when finished we schedule

  5. Pour into sterilized glass bottles and then let cool completely.
  6. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days
