Today we bring you a recipe that Yolanda sends us, some delicious oreo cupcakes to make with our thermomix.
Look what he has on the photo he sends us, ideal to take home with some friends, for a dessert or simply because we deserve it from time to time.

Oreo cookie cupcakes with Thermomix
Ingredients
- * For the mass:
- 10 Oreo cookies
- 2 large eggs (L)
- 220 gr. of sugar
- 120 gr. of butter at room temperature
- 150 gr. of whole or semi-skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 gr. of confectionery flour
- 1 and ½ teaspoons of Royal yeast
- * For frosting:
- 10 Oreo cookies
- 300 gr. of sugar glas
- 120 gr. of butter at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon whole or semi-skimmed milk
- 130 gr. of Philadelphia cheese, cold
- * To decorate:
- 15 Oreo mini cookies
Instructions
- We preheat the oven to 180º.
- We place the paper molds inside silicone molds or an aluminum mold for 12 muffins. We reserve
- We put the Oreo cookies in the glass of the Thermomix and program 5 seconds / speed 7
- We booked in a bowl.
- Without washing the glass, we throw out the eggs and sugar and program 1 minute / speed 3.
- Add the butter (it has to be soft) and program 2 minutes / speed 3
- We add milk and vanilla. We program 30 seconds, at speed 3.
- We incorporate the flour and the yeast. We mix 10 seconds / speed 3
- We throw the reserved Oreo cookies and mix well with the spatula.
- Fill the capsules with this dough up to half or at most up to 2/3 parts.
- We bake for 22-25 minutes at 180º.
- We take out the oven, wait a few minutes to temper, take out the silicone molds or the aluminum mold and let them cool completely on a grid.
- In the clean and dry glass we put the Oreo cookies and grind them for 20 seconds / progressive speed 5-7-10
- We booked in a bowl.
- Without washing the glass, we toss the icing sugar and the butter (it has to be soft). We beat for 2 minutes / speed 3
- With the spatula we separated the cream that has been stuck to the walls. We added the milk and programmed 1 minute / speed 3
- Mix a little with the spatula and add the cheese (it must be cold). We program 2 minutes / speed 3
- We add the crushed cookies and program 1 minute / speed 3
- We finished mixing it well with the spatula.
- We pour ourselves into a pastry bag with an open star mouthpiece and we decorate our cupcakes starting from the outside inwards and upwards, in a clockwise direction.
- We place an Oreo mini cookie on each cupcake.
