Preparation of oreo cookie cupcakes with Thermomix

1. 1.- Cupcakes:
2. Preheat the oven to 180º.
3. We place the paper molds inside silicone molds or an aluminum mold for 12 muffins. We booked.
4. We put the Oreo cookies in the glass of the Thermomix and program
5. 5 seconds / speed 7
6. We reserve in a bowl.
7. Without washing the glass, add the eggs and sugar and program
8. 1 minute / speed 3
9. Add the butter (it has to be soft) and program
10. 2 minutes / speed 3
11. Add the milk and vanilla. We program 30 seconds, at speed 3.
12. Add the flour and yeast. We mix
13. 10 seconds / speed 3
14. Add the reserved Oreo cookies and mix well with the spatula.
15. We fill the capsules with this mass up to half or at most up to 2/3 parts.
16. Bake for 22-25 minutes, at 180º.
17. Remove from the oven, wait a few minutes for them to cool down, remove from the silicone molds or the aluminum mold and let them cool completely on a rack.
18. 2.- Frosting:
19. In the clean and dry glass we put the Oreo cookies and crush them for
20. 20 seconds / progressive speed 5-7-10
21. We reserve in a bowl.
22. Without washing the glass, add the icing sugar and the butter (it has to be soft). We beat during
23. 2 minutes / speed 3
24. With the spatula we separate the cream that has been stuck to the walls.
25. Add the milk and program
26. 1 minute / speed 3
27. Mix a little with the spatula and add the cheese (it has to be cold). We program
28. 2 minutes / speed 3
29. Add the crushed biscuits and program
30. 1 minute / speed 3
31. We finish mixing it well with the spatula.
32. Pour into a pastry bag with an open star nozzle and decorate our cupcakes starting from the outside inwards and upwards, clockwise.
33. Place a mini Oreo cookie on top of each cupcake.
