650 grams of wheat flour for pastry
16 grams of yeast for biscuits (royal powder type)
350 grams of lard
150 grams of sugar
120 grams of sweet wine (it can be Moscatel wine)
25 grams of vinegar
½ teaspoon of salt
Preparation of orange puff pastry in the thermomix
To begin the preparation of these delicious orange puff pastries in the thermomix, grate the skin of the oranges, only the yellow part, discarding the white part since this is what provides the bitterness and reserve for a few minutes.
