3. we keep in a bowl
4. We put the butterfly in the blades of our thermomix, we add the very cold cream (just like the glass) and we program
5. no time/speed 3
6. until it is firm and we hear it change its sound as it spins
7. Add the icing sugar and mix
8. 10 seconds / speed 5
9. transfer to the bowl with the cookies
10. we remove the butterfly
11. add the clean strawberries and they are the stalk and chop
12. 3 seconds / speed 5
13. we put them in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and with a wooden spoon we mix everything gently
14. put it in glasses and serve
