Zucchini Custard Ingredients with thermomix

1 liter of skimmed milk
2 courgettes
1 orange peel
1 lemon peel
1 cinnamon stick
1 vanilla pod
3 spoonfuls of sugar

Preparation of Zucchini Custard with thermomix

peel the courgettes and chop them and reserve
we put in our Thermomix bowl, the milk, the orange and lemon peel, the cinnamon stick, the vanilla stick, the sugar and we put the pieces of zucchini that we had reserved, immediately afterwards we program
15 minutes / 90 °C / speed 4
When finished, remove the cinnamon stick and the lemon and orange peel and program
30 seconds / speed 10
when finished we wait a few seconds and repeat the same move
30 seconds / speed 10
and our custard will be practically ready, if we saw that I still have a small group that for some reason is not dissolved, we would give it a few more seconds at speed 10
You will not have left a soft custard with a great flavor that the zucchini will bring
put them in the fridge for a few hours and they will be ready to eat
we can put a biscuit on top and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it
