Ingredients
250 grams of flour
1 egg
120 grams of water
Salt and ground pepper to taste
22 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
22 grams of olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the yeast, water and oil to the glass. Program a
speed 2 / 37º / 30 seconds.
Then add the flour and salt. Program a
speed 6/15 seconds.
Then start the robot again at
spike speed / 3 minutes.
Let the dough rest for at least half an hour.
After that time, flatten the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into rectangles, each of which will be a muffin.
Sprinkle each rectangle with chopped onion as well as salt and pepper. Shape the buns any way you like and let them rest for another half hour.
Place those on the baking tray, where you will have put greaseproof paper, and brush them with the beaten egg. Then introduce that one in said appliance, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 15 minutes at 180º.
