- 150 grams of chocolate chips
- 25 grams of fresh yeast
- 400 grams of water
- 75 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- To prepare this wonderful cocoa bread with thermomix, pour the water together with the yeast, cocoa and sugar into the thermomix glass and program.
- 3 minutes / Temperature 37° / Speed 3.
- At the end of the programmed time, add the flour and salt and program.
- 30 seconds / Speed 6.
