To start our recipe we can put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and pulverize it to convert it into Glass sugar, for this we program

We bathe the soletilla sponge cakes in the coffee with brandy that we had prepared and place them as a base in the bottom of a fountain
put the mascarpone cream with the nougat on top
and on top we put another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee with brandy
and finally we put the last layer again of mascarpone cream with nougat on top
(if there is no more cream or more biscuits left over, we can make the layers we want)
At the end, sprinkle cocoa powder on top and put it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
