Thermomix lemon tiramisu ingredients

100 grams of water
150 grams of sugar
half a tablespoon of cornstarch
15 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
4 eggs
Salt
400 grams of mascarpone
100 grams of quark cheese
300 grams of soletilla biscuits
8 tablespoons lemongrass
10 lemon slices
mint leaves

Preparation of thermomix lemon tiramisu

We put cornstarch, 50 grams of sugar, water, butter, lemon zest and lemon juice in our Thermomix bowl and program
5 minutes / 100ºC / speed 3
we reserve and clean the glass
place the butterfly and put the egg whites with salt and beat
3 minutes / speed 4
we remove the butterfly and reserve in the refrigerator
we put the butterfly again and put the yolks of the eggs with the rest of the sugar and program
5 minutes / speed 4
for the lid we are putting the mascarpone and the quark cheese
*3 minutes / speed 4
Add the reserved whipped egg whites and mix
10 seconds / speed 2
In a bowl, cover the bottom with the soletilla biscuits, put the limoncello on top, put half of the lemon cream that we had reserved and put another row of biscuits on top and put the rest of the lemon cream on top
put in the fridge for 1 hour and ready to drink
