In order to make between 3 and 4 servings of this dish, you need to gather the following products:
12 plates cannelloni.
1 garlic.
25 grams of olive oil.
250 grams of chicken breast.
80 grams of mushrooms.
1 small tomato.
15 grams of brandy.
1 small onion.

Preparation of mushroom and chicken cannelloni in the Thermomix
Once you have all the ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Peel the garlic, onion and tomato. Then cut them into pieces.
Prepare the cannelloni plates following the instructions on the packaging. Reserve them.
Add the oil to the robot glass and program it to speed 1 and Varoma temperature for 3 minutes.
Then add the garlic and onion. Program at the same speed and temperature as in the previous step but for 5 minutes.
Then add the tomato and chicken as well. Program with the same parameters as in the previous step, except for the time, which should be 7 minutes.
Next, add the mushrooms and brandy. You will now have to program the Thermomix at speed 1 and temperature 100º for 15 minutes.
The next step will be to fill the cannelloni with the mixture you have obtained. Then you place them in a bowl, pour the bechamel over them and put them in the oven, which will be previously preheated to 200º. You will have to keep it in that for about 12 minutes at that same temperature.
