A delicious canarian dessert that few people know about and once you try it, you’re hooked. It consists of a mixture of egg yolks, gofio and water, with a lemon and cinnamon syrup, sounds very true.
We start by putting the butterfly on the blades of our thermomix glass and add the sugar, the yolks and the whole egg and program 20 minutes / 40ºC / speed 3
We keep it in a hermetic tupperware and we keep it in the freezer to chill until the moment of serving because it does not freeze
When we go to eat we serve in bowls put the caramel on top and sprinkle with the gofio
