Today we bring you a hearty dish, one of those not suitable for people on a diet, but which is delicious.
Bread, chorizo, bacon and paprika, it was the typical food of shepherds

Ingredients
- 500 grams of 2 or 3 days old bread
- 70 grams of water to moisten the breadcrumbs
- 100 grams of olive oil
- 6 unpeeled cloves of garlic
- 2 peeled cloves of garlic
- Hot paprika
- 300 grams of chorizo in pieces
- 150 grams of bacon in strips
Instructions
- First, put half of the bread in the thermomix glass and program 10 seconds / speed 10.
- Set aside in a bowl
- Do the same with the other half and put it in the same bowl, which we will moisten by pouring some water over the bread with our fingers several times Add the virgin olive oil together with the 2 peeled garlic and program 5 minutes / Varoma temperature / reverse rotation.
- Add the chopped chorizo and the bacon in strips and program 5 minutes / Varoma temperature / reverse rotation.
- Remove and set aside the chorizo and bacon in a bowl, leaving the oil (which will be red in colour).
- In the glass of the thermomix, add the breadcrumbs and paprika to the glass with the oil, and program 15 minutes / varoma temperature / reverse rotation.
- Stop a couple of times during those 15 minutes and stir the bread a little with the spatula.
- When there are 3 minutes left, cut the unpeeled garlic with a knife and add them to the nozzle along with the chorizo and the bacon.
Our migas with chorizo and bacon are ready.
