Instructions

Once mixed we program again 6 minutes / 90ºC / speed 3
Pour into a bowl and let it warm, we will see how the effect of the rennet does its job and begins to curdle.
At that time we must cut the curdled milk with a knife into small pieces so that the whey it produces (grayish liquid) comes out and we will let it rest for at least 60 to 90 minutes
Then we put all the cheese in a large strainer so that it finishes removing all the whey, and this is in the basket of the thermomix inside the glass for 3 hours, so that all the whey falls
