200 grams of meat broth
1 tablespoon beef extract
80 grams of butter
2 onions
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
50 grams of dehydrated mashed potato flakes
500 grams of potato garnish
1 egg
½ teaspoon ground pepper

To start the preparation of this wonderful recipe you must preheat the oven to 200°C.
Once you have completed this first step, proceed to the next one.
Pour the onion cut into pieces into the Thermomix bowl, along with 30 grams of butter, brown sugar and salt, program.
