Liquid banana and strawberry yogurt with thermomix
Recently we made the recipe for the liquid lemon yogurt that is very good and is one of my favorites, today we bring another one that I love, the liquid banana and strawberry yogurt that thanks to our thermomix is very easy to make, breakfast and snacks are now a delight in a few minutes and our yogurt will now be perfectly liquid we put it in a glass bottle or jar and chill it in the fridge and eat.

Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk 1 Greek or natural yogurt
- 200 grams of banana 150 grams of strawberries
- 100 grams of sugar (or sweetener)
Instructions
- To start we put in our thermomix glass the sugar and the washed strawberries and the banana cut into pieces and
- program 5 seconds / speed 5
- Then we program again 10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
- This will kill any type of fruit bacteria
- Add the liter of milk, the Greek yogurt and program 5 minutes / 50ºC / speed 4
- Without taking our yogurt preparation from the thermomix, we will heat the glass to make yogurt (a good way is to
- wrap the thermomix glass closed in a blanket) and let it rest for 10 hours and heat (do this process at night is a
- good moment)
- The next morning we continue to finish the recipe, programming as it is 10 seconds / speed 4
