today we bring you another liquid yogurt on this occasion, a liquid coconut yogurt, which thanks to our Thermomix we can make very easily and is a real delight for a good breakfast or a good snack.

I like to mix it sometimes with fruit, on other occasions with some cereal, and on another and many occasions simply drink it, in cool summer it is a real delight.

Ingredients of liquid coconut yogurt with thermomix

1 liter of coconut milk
a coconut yogurt
30 grams of lemon juice

Preparation of liquid coconut yogurt with thermomix

The first thing we will do is put the coconut milk with the coconut yogurt in our Thermomix bowl and we are going to mix it for which we program
30 seconds / speed 4
then we program
10 minutes / 45 °C / speed 2
We transfer everything to a saucepan, cover it with a cloth and put it in the oven with the door closed without turning it on, and leave it for 8 hours to ferment
Once that time has passed, our liquid coconut yogurt will be ready. We can consume it right away, stirring it a bit, or simply put it in the fridge to keep it fresh.
