Today we bring you a liquid yogurt, one of those that makes it nice to get up for breakfast, and to be able to consume it is a liquid stracciatella yogurt, with a touch of vanilla and its dark chocolate chips.

Ingredients of Stracciatella liquid yogurt with Thermomix

1 liter of milk
125 grams of dark chocolate
a natural yoghurt
80 grams of brown sugar
a few drops of vanilla essence

Preparation of liquid stracciatella yogurt with Thermomix

1 liter of milk
125 grams of dark chocolate
a natural yoghurt
80 grams of brown sugar
a few drops of vanilla essence
The first thing we are going to do is chop the dark chocolate for which we put it in our Thermomix bowl and program
3 seconds / speed 7
we reserve the content in a bowl
then we put the milk in our Thermomix bowl we add the yogurt, the Brown sugar, and the vanilla drops and stir it all
4 seconds / speed 7
Then we reprogram
10 minutes / 45 °C / speed 1
We put it in a pan covered with a cloth and put it in the oven without turning it on and leave it for 8 hours to ferment
after 8:00 a.m. we add the pieces of dark chocolate that we had in the reserved bowl and with a spatula we stir everything
I our liquid stracciatella yogurt will be ready to consume, we can keep it in the refrigerator until the time comes
