When you have all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the orange peels and milk to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 1 / 90º / 10 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator. Keep it there for half an hour.
Remove the orange while the rest of the contents of the bowl return to the glass along with the oats. Program a
progressive speed 5-9 / 15 seconds.
Add the yogurt and honey. Put the robot to work
speed 3 / 50º / 5 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl with a lid. Cover it and let it sit for about eight hours at room temperature.
Pour the contents of the bowl back into the glass of the robot and program to
speed 4/20 seconds.
Finally, distribute the content in several glasses or molds and put those in the refrigerator until you are going to serve them.
