Ingredients of Japanese Miso Soup with Thermomix
- 100 grams daikon (Japanese turnip, or normal turnips)
- dashi powder
- kombu seaweed
- 150 grams of diced tofu
- 600 grams of water
- 150 grams ripe avocado pulp,
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, strained,
- 100 grams yellow Miso Paste,
- chive
Preparation of Japanese Miso Soup with Thermomix
- Hydrate the kombu seaweed in a bowl with water and reserve
- cut the turnips in julienne like the chives and reserve
- cut the avocado into pieces and reserve
- We start by making the dashi broth
- heat the water
- 8 minutes / 100º / speed 1
- insert 1 tablespoon of dashi powder and put the turnips to cook
- 10 minutes / 100º / speed 1
- strain the broth and reserve the turnips
- We put the broth back and we put 200 more grams of water in our Thermomix bowl and we add the avocado, the miso paste and the lemon juice

- add the diced tofu along with the reserved turnips and add the reserved kombu seaweed and heat
