- 52 grams of sugar.
- 30 grams of butter.
- 14 centiliters of water.
- 15 grams of yeast.
- 14 centiliters of milk.
- 2 small teaspoons of salt.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk.
Preparation of Japanese Bread with Thermomix
- Once you gather those ingredients, follow these steps:
- 24 hours before making bread, add the water and 30 grams of flour to the robot’s glass. Program

- Then, pour the content into a bowl and let it rest by placing it in the refrigerator.
- The next day, half an hour before preparing the bread, take it out of the fridge.
