Ingredients
1000 grams of pork ribs separated
80 grams of honey
50 grams of Dijon mustard
20 grams of old-fashioned mustard
800 grams of water

Preparation
Wash the ribs very well and add salt and pepper to taste, set aside for a few minutes.
Pour the measure of water in the glass of the thermomix, once the ribs are seasoned, place them inside a roasting bag and in turn pour the honey, the Dijon mustard and the old mustard.
Close the bag well and move very well so that all the ribs are impregnated with the flavors of mustard and honey.
Put the roasting bag inside the varoma container, place the varoma container in its position, cover and program.
40 minutes / Varoma temperature / Spoon speed.
A few minutes before the end of the cooking time in the thermomix, preheat the oven to 250°C.
