Ingredients
- 200 grams sugar
- 150 grams hazelnuts, toasted
- 200 evaporated milk
- 80 grams milk powder
- 2 egg whites
- 800 grams ice cubes
Instructions
- We put the hazelnuts and sugar in our thermomix glass and grind everything, for
- which we program 20 seconds / progressive speed 5-10
- We add the rest of the ingredients to our glass and program 3 minutes /
- progressive speed 5-10
- We serve immediately.
- If, on the other hand, we want our meringue milk for a lunch and dinner with
- friends and we have to have it made in advance, as soon as we finish doing it we
- put it in the freezer and 10 minutes before serving it to the table we return it
- to grind in our thermomix like this: progressive speed 5-10 and serve.
We can put chopped hazelnuts on top to decorate
