We put the water and the sugar or sweetener in our thermomix glass and program 10 minutes / temperature 100º / speed 2
Add the teaspoon of green tea and we program again 3 minutes / temperature 90º / speed 3
We strain all the contents quickly, do not leave this point for later, because it could change the taste
Then we filter with a filter or cotton sieve
We keep in bottles in the fridge
