Milka chocolate liquor with caramel and hazelnut with Thermomix

From time to time I like to innovate with the thermomix and try to invent something delicious, one day doing homemade Baileys, it occurred to me that because I was not trying to make a cream or liqueur with my favorite chocolate. And after several attempts improving a little here and a little there I came up with the definitive recipe, which we can say is ours since nobody has done anything similar with our favorite chocolate.

Since then apart from to take a shot once in a while, I give it a lot when I go to friends’ house and it has already become a classic and I do not wear it.

Ingredients

60 grams of sugar
130 grams chocolate milka caramel and hazelnut
300 grams of milk
200 grams of cream
1 egg
200 grams of vodka

Instructions

We start by putting the sugar and chocolate in our thermomix glass and pulverize 15 seconds / speed 10
We put the spatula through the walls in case we have stuck pieces and put them to the bottom of our glass
We add the egg, milk, cream or cream and program 5 minutes / 80ºC / speed 2
Then we put the vodka and program 4 minutes / 80ºC / speed 2
