6 new potatoes
1/2 bay leaf
700 grams of water
pieces of bacon cut into squares
a little rosemary powder
2-3 shallots
half tablespoon of hot paprika
40 grams of butter
20 grams of virgin olive oil
smoked salt flakes
30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation of Hasselback Potatoes with Thermomix
We will start by cutting the potatoes into slices not very thick but without reaching the end, so that the potato will be like an accordion but in one piece (see video at the end)
We introduce a piece of bacon in each cut and in half of the potato we put half a bay leaf in a cut
Then we put a little rosemary on top of each potato, we place them in the container VAROMA and we reserve
We fill our Thermomix bowl with 700 grams of water and put 2 bay leaves and a teaspoon of rosemary inside, put in a container VAROMA on top covered with our potatoes inside and we program
40 minutes / VAROMA temperature / reverse rotation
once finished we take out the potatoes and reserve
with our clean and dry Thermomix bowl, put the shallots in pieces inside and chop

With the spatula we lower the pieces stuck to the sides, put half a tablespoon of various types of pepper, half a tablespoon of hot paprika, 40 grams of butter, virgin olive oil and mix

Preheat the oven to 220ºC
Put the reserved potatoes in a bowl and pour over the contents of our Thermomix bowl, covering them well with the help of a teaspoon, put a few flakes of smoked salt on top and the grated Parmesan cheese on top
