When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Cut the aubergines into slices and add salt to later place them on the Varoma tray.
The onion, garlic, mushrooms and pepper must be peeled or cleaned, depending on each case, and then added to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 4/6 seconds.
Then, with the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the oil. Program a
spoon speed / 120º / 15 minutes.
Then, add the meat, move the contents of the glass with a spatula and start the robot at
speed 1 / turn to the left / 120º / 6 minutes.
The next step will be to add the tomato, salt and pepper while you put the Varoma tray in its place. Program a
speed 2 / left turn / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
In a source, place a layer of aubergines and another of the contents of the glass until you finish with everything you have prepared.
To make the bechamel, which you will pour over the mousakka, you must pour the butter and oil into the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 1 / 100º / 2 minutes.
Then add the flour and program at
speed 3 / 100º / 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and program at
speed 4 / 100º / 6 minutes.
You will have to put it on top of the mousakka, if you want to add grated cheese and put this dish in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 22 minutes at 200º.
