400 grams of potatoes
400 grams of mushrooms
6 chicken fillets
200 grams of grated cheese
300 grams of cream
1 tablespoon of mustard
700 grams of water
2 onions
50 grams of chives
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon pepper

To begin the preparation of this wonderful appetizer dish, wash and remove the skin and cut the potatoes into cubes. As well as wash and cut the mushrooms in halves.

To continue, pour the water into the Thermomix bowl, and inside the basket place the cubes of potatoes and the cut mushrooms. Place the basket in its position inside the glass of the thermomix.

Preheat the oven to 220 °.
Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped chives and grated cheese, then bake for 20 minutes.
It will be ready when the grated cheese is gratin. Turn off the oven, let it rest for a couple of minutes so that all the flavors settle and that’s it.
