- 4 sausages
- 4 large potatoes washed and boiled
- Olive oil
- 105 grams of mushrooms, clean and chopped
- 85 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 102 milliliters of cooking cream
- 1 shallot peeled and cut into strips
- 22 grams of melted butter
- The leaves of a rosemary sprig
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1 vegetable stock cube

- Once you have all the ingredients, follow these instructions:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in half, then empty them.
- Chop the pulp of the potatoes and reserve it.
