Ingredients

500 grams of mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of flour
7 cups of milk
100 grams of grated cheese
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

We will start by heating the oil, for which we put it in our thermomix glass and program 4 minutes/ 100ºC / speed 5
Add the garlic cloves to the bowl and add another minute plus 1 minute/ 100ºC / speed 5
Once the garlic has browned, place the maple leaf on the blades of our thermomix and add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2.
Now add the flour and program 2 minutes / 100ºC / speed 5
After a minute we put the milk in and program 4 minutes / 100ºC / speed 3
